About this website. www.biddykates.co.nz is operated by Biddy Kate's Cafe Bar, 2 Market Street, Blenheim Central, Blenheim 7201. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Accuracy of information. We do our best to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, including menus, prices, opening hours and events. Things do change, so if something matters to your plans, give us a call to confirm.

Events and quiz registration. Quiz night registrations are limited to 20 teams and are accepted in the order received. Registering a team means you agree to receive a confirmation email and a reminder email about that quiz. If you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can offer your spot to another team. Events may occasionally change or be cancelled; we'll do our best to give notice on the website and our social channels.

Gift vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for food and drinks at Biddy Kate's, 2 Market Street, Blenheim. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given in cash. Please treat your voucher like cash, as lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers are posted within New Zealand only. If a voucher order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at hello@biddykates.co.nz and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Intellectual property. The content on this site, including text, images and the Biddy Kate's logo, belongs to Biddy Kate's Cafe Bar and can't be reused without our permission.

Links to other sites. Our site may link to other websites (like our social media pages). We're not responsible for the content of external sites.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
